  • A: SneakShops is the directory website for sneakerheads to find local and authenticated resellers. We offer an user friendly interface with exceptional and exclusive sneaker businesses.
  • Q: How do I search for sneaker stores and resellers on SneakShops?
  • A: There will be a Search bar on the upper section on the website that allows anyone to search any sneaker business on SneakShops
  • Q: How can I make an account on SneakShops?
  • A: In order to make an account on SneakShops, you need to go to any shop, reseller, or events make a review. The review can be from someone you made a purchase through or an event you have been to. Following this action will allow your account to be created and activated.
  • Q: How do businesses get listed on SneakShops, and is there a fee?
  • A: If you are a sneaker business owner, locate the ‘Add Listing’ on the top right corner and proceed with the following standard information. If you are a reseller or an event, continue in the same steps but select the ‘Exclusive’ section, and continue with the following information. There is no fee as SneakShops as it is free to use.
  • Q: Can I sell my sneakers on SneakShops if I am a sneaker reseller?
  • A: No, unfortunately you can not sell your sneakers however, you can add your social media usernames/links to drive potential buyers to your platforms.
  • Q: How can I make a review on SneakShops?
  • A: You can make a review on SneakShops by selecting any sneaker business or event and select the ‘Submit Review’ to write your review.
  • Q: What if I am a reseller and do not have a store location?
  • A: When creating your account, provide the city or town you intend to do sell/meet up on the address. We advise any resellers to not provide any meetup address.
  • Q: Is there a blog or news section where I can stay updated on sneaker trends?
  • A: Yes, on the SneakShops home page on the upper section, there is a tab called ‘TheSneakPlug’ where you can find our blog that keeps you up to date on where to find new releases from specific stores and resellers. The list of top rated shops on SneakShops are available ‘TheSneakPlug’ every month.
  • Q: Is there a customer support team available to assist with inquires?
  • A: Yes, you can contact SneakShops support at messages@sneakshops.support from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Any communications after hours will be followed up the next day.
